Chain Bucket Unloader Crane is a customized overhead bridge crane fitted with dedicated chain bucket unloading attachments, specially developed to empty granular bulk materials from trucks and railway wagons. Applicable raw materials cover coal, gypsum, shale, iron ore and other mineral bulk cargoes.

Applicable Bulk Material Particle Specifications

1. Coal & Gypsum: Maximum block size ≤300 mm; particles ≤100 mm make up over 85% of total volume, moisture content ≤13%

2. Shale: Maximum block size ≤150 mm; particles ≤80 mm make up over 85% of total volume

3. Iron Ore: Maximum block size ≤80 mm; particles ≤50 mm make up over 85% of total volume

5. The belt conveyor blanking section is equipped with sealed telescopic slip tubes to effectively suppress dust diffusion during material transfer.

6. Complete suite of safety components including overload limiter, lifting height limit switch, trolley polyurethane buffers, travel stroke limiters and full mechanical safety guards for comprehensive operational protection.
