LX single girder suspension overhead cranes are light-duty overhead lifting equipment with a maximum rated capacity of 10 tons. Compared with conventional ground-supported overhead cranes, the ceiling-mounted track design delivers a larger effective working span and lighter overall dead weight. Matched with CD1 or MD1 wire rope electric hoists, the LX suspension crane boasts outstanding service durability.

The supporting electric hoist is an integrated assembly including driving motor, reduction gearbox, wire rope drum and steel wire rope set. The suspension assembly acts as the critical connecting part between the main girder and factory roof brackets, normally composed of support arms, connection plates and high-strength fastening bolts. Adjustable suspension assemblies are available for customers to fine-tune the vertical height of the main girder according to actual installation space conditions.

The main girder combines I-beam and box beam composite structures to achieve long service life and stable load bearing, and is mounted to roof brackets via suspension fittings. Thanks to the top-hung installation method, this crane perfectly fits facilities with restricted vertical clearance, including small workshops and storage warehouses. The single girder layout greatly cuts total equipment weight and simplifies on-site installation and routine maintenance, making it the optimal lifting solution for low-headroom factories with light-load material handling demands.
