The complete crane set consists of box-type main girders, long-travel running mechanisms, hoist trolleys and full electrical assemblies.
Electrolysis workshops feature high-current working environments. To avoid electric current conducting from the hoisting assembly to the whole crane and causing fatal safety hazards to operators, key load-bearing components of this crane adopt layered insulation isolation treatment. The crane is designed for heavy-duty continuous operation class, therefore the main hoisting system is fitted with dual independent brakes to fully guarantee safe stable production.
