QC Electromagnetic Overhead Crane is a professional lifting device specially developed for ferromagnetic materials, including steel plates, steel billets, iron scraps and various iron-based workpieces. By utilizing mature electromagnetic adsorption technology, the equipment achieves fast, stable and safe material handling in complex heavy industrial environments.

The crane adopts a high-strength rigid overhead frame matched with electric trolley and dedicated electromagnetic lifting units, ensuring stable operation and excellent load-bearing performance. The main overhead travels along fixed runway rails, while the trolley moves horizontally on the main girder, realizing flexible coverage and precise positioning throughout the working area.

Different from conventional hook-type lifting equipment, the core electromagnetic suction device can rapidly adsorb and release magnetic materials without hooks or slings, which greatly simplifies handling procedures and reduces manual operation workload.

Supported by optimized electric control systems, the equipment features adjustable magnetic force and ultra-smooth operation with precise control accuracy. Equipped with emergency backup power and anti-drop protection mechanisms, the crane effectively avoids material falling risks even during sudden power failures, ensuring maximum operational safety.
