Product Description
           As the key functional component of double girder cranes, this European-style hoist trolley adopts a highly integrated modular design. The standardized modular structure greatly simplifies daily maintenance, component replacement and later performance upgrading, effectively reducing equipment downtime and long-term operating costs.

           Equipped with high-efficiency dedicated motors and advanced variable frequency drive (VFD) systems, the trolley realizes stepless speed regulation throughout the whole operation process. It achieves soft start and soft stop, minimizing mechanical impact and vibration while greatly improving cargo positioning accuracy. The matched high-sensitivity braking system ensures rapid, stable and safe stopping under no-load, full-load and emergency working conditions.

           The core lifting mechanism includes high-strength rope drum, wear-resistant steel wire rope, precision pulley block and safety hook. All key components are made of high-strength alloy materials and undergo special heat treatment and anti-fatigue processing, greatly enhancing structural durability and service life. The optimized drum groove design ensures neat and orderly wire rope winding, effectively avoiding rope disorder, extrusion and excessive wear.
