BX wall fixed jib crane belongs to light and medium-duty lifting machinery. Detailed Structure & Basic Specifications
           The wall-mounted jib crane is assembled by wall brackets, rotary jib beam and matched electric hoist. The cantilever bracket is firmly mounted on solid walls, concrete pillars or steel support frames, and the jib arm supports flexible slewing with two drive choices: manual rotation and motorized electric rotation. Wire rope electric hoists or electric chain hoists can be fitted on the jib track to complete vertical lifting workpieces.

           Standard power supply: 3-phase AC 380V / 50Hz
           Applicable site altitude: below 2000 meters above sea level

Usage Restrictions:
           - Not allowed to operate in environments filled with flammable, explosive or corrosive gas
           - Forbidden to lift toxic, combustible and explosive hazardous materials

Working Principle & Operation Mode
           The hoist trolley travels along the bottom track of the jib arm to finish material lifting and landing. A dedicated slewing reducer drives the entire cantilever to rotate freely, with the electric control cabinet integrated onto the hoist unit for easy access.

           The crane adopts wired push-button pendant control equipped with 8 functional buttons, which independently control fast lift, fast lower, slow lift, slow lower, left & right jib slewing and horizontal trolley traversal.

Safety Operation Notes
           1. Never press fast and slow speed buttons, or forward and reverse rotation buttons of the same motor simultaneously during operation.
           2. All personnel are prohibited from standing or passing underneath the jib arm while the crane is running.
           3. Overload lifting beyond the rated capacity is strictly banned to eliminate equipment failure risks.
