The U-type double girder gantry crane is widely used for conventional cargo loading, unloading and hoisting tasks. It adopts an extended trolley track gauge design that broadens the internal clearance between support legs, making it ideal for handling large-sized goods including containers.            

Different from A-type gantry cranes, this U-type structural design removes the need for a saddle frame. With a fixed lifting height, the whole machine features a lower overall height. The widened trolley track distance optimizes load dispersion and delivers more stable operation during working cycles.            

Thanks to the optimized structural design, the crane boasts superior comprehensive performance and strong adaptability for various working scenarios. The reinforced support legs further enhance overall stability, enabling flexible free travelling on flat ground.

This U-type gantry crane is well-suited for routine lifting and cargo handling work at open freight yards and railway lines. The applicable ambient working temperature ranges from -25℃ to +40℃, with the average 24-hour temperature not exceeding +35℃.            

 At container terminals, the equipment is capable of transferring containers from vessels to storage yards or transport trucks. It flexibly handles containers of various specifications with fast turnover movement, greatly boosting overall operational efficiency.
