           Equipped with full digital AC variable frequency and PLC intelligent control system, every mechanical action achieves precise, flexible and programmable control. The lifting mechanism covers a rated load range from 35 tons to 65 tons, stably handling both full-load and empty containers. The trolley system supports accurate horizontal traversing for precise container positioning, while the gantry travelling mechanism steadily moves along quay rails to adapt to different ship berthing positions. The professional tilting mechanism dynamically adjusts operating angles according to vessel posture changes, effectively improving overall handling efficiency.

Key Components & Safety Protection
           The trolley assembly acts as the core execution unit for container hoisting and positioning, cooperating with multiple mechanical and electrical systems to ensure smooth and continuous operation. The integrated tilting and cabin anti-collision safety system provides active protection against container swinging and accidental collision risks, rapidly responding to abnormal working conditions to avoid equipment damage and guarantee terminal operational safety.
