Intelligent Operation for Higher Efficiency
To satisfy the specific requirements of this project, Jiangsu Weihua integrated several intelligent operating functions into the equipment, including automatic grab opening and closing and automatic deep-digging control. Combined with an optimized semi-automatic operating mode, the ship unloader achieves a handling capacity of up to 2,500 tons per hour, significantly improving unloading efficiency while reducing operator workload.
Optimized Structural Design
The equipment is equipped with a specially designed front girder anti-sway system, which effectively minimizes vibration during operation. This optimized structural design reduces impact loads on the front beam, enhances operational stability, and helps extend the overall service life of the equipment.

As the first large-scale port handling machine independently manufactured at the WEIHUA Qidong Production Base, this bridge grab ship unloader represents another milestone in WEIHUA's manufacturing capabilities.
