The yacht handling gantry crane, also referred to as a mobile boat handler, is a rubber-tyred gantry crane professionally developed for yacht and vessel hoisting and transportation. It is widely applied in yacht clubs, water sports venues, maritime navigation, shipping industries and marine training bases. The equipment covers a broad lifting tonnage range from 32 tons up to 1000 tons, enabling efficient shore-to-land transfer for yacht maintenance, hull repair and new vessel launching operations.

The complete equipment structure consists of main frame, travelling wheel assemblies, hoisting units, steering mechanism, hydraulic transmission system and intelligent electrical control system. Adopting a unique N-type main structure, the crane allows vessels with superstructure height exceeding the crane body to pass through smoothly, greatly improving handling flexibility.

Customizable for diverse working demands, the crane supports 10-ton to 800-ton yacht and boat shore handling. It undertakes onshore docking maintenance and new ship launching tasks. Different from traditional cranes, this yacht handler adopts soft and high-toughness lifting belts to protect hull surfaces from scratches and extrusion damage. It also enables rapid, orderly vessel arrangement with freely adjustable spacing between berthed boats, optimizing yard storage layout.
