This series of lifting machinery is fully manufactured in accordance with JB/T5897-2006 industrial standards for explosion-proof overhead cranes. Two mainstream explosion-proof ratings ExdⅡBT4 and ExdⅡCT4 are available for selection. It covers working loads from 1 ton to 20 tons and spans ranging from 7.5 meters to 31.5 meters, and can steadily operate within an ambient temperature scope of -20℃ to 40℃.

This overhead crane can be matched with BCD, BCDS, HB, HBS and other series explosion-proof electric hoists. As compact, high-efficiency rail-mounted lifting machinery for medium and small load demands, it serves risky industrial zones filled with combustible gas, flammable dust and explosive mixed substances. Typical applicable hazardous media include methane, acetylene, ethylene, ammonia, carbon monoxide and ethanol, covering refineries, petrochemical plants, fuel filling stations and similar high-risk sites.

System Components

The LB explosion-proof single girder overhead crane is assembled with four core modules: crane long-travel assembly, trolley cross-travel assembly, vertical hoisting unit and complete explosion-proof electrical system. End-mounted travel supports carry the entire overhead frame on factory elevated rails, enabling longitudinal movement to expand the overall working coverage. The explosion-proof hoist trolley travels horizontally on the main girder tracks to realize flexible, pinpoint lifting positioning. All electrical assemblies adopt fully flameproof construction that meets rigorous explosion-proof specifications to eliminate ignition risks in explosive atmospheres. Boasting a streamlined compact layout and stable running performance, the crane adapts to diverse high-risk industrial working conditions.
