Shipbuilding gantry cranes are available in single girder and double girder configurations. For applications with large working spans and moderate lifting loads, the single girder type is a more cost-effective option for shipyard operation.
The single girder shipbuilding gantry crane consists of a steel gantry frame, upper and lower trolleys, trolley travelling mechanisms, maintenance and lubrication systems, access elevators and complete electrical sets. It is fully equipped with standard safety accessories including rail clamps or wheel brakes, anchoring devices, load limiters, wind speed and direction monitors, and travel limit switches. For ultra-wide span working conditions, an optional deviation correction system can be installed to ensure stable travelling.
Weihua possesses mature manufacturing experience in producing heavy-duty shipbuilding gantry cranes with large lifting capacity, high lifting height and wide spanning range.
Main Technical Parameters
1. Lifting capacity: 10–200 tons
