1. Insulation treatment at key components
Insulation devices are installed at three or more critical points, including the hook, pulley block, hoisting mechanism, and trolley frame. An epoxy-phenolic laminated glass-cloth insulating bushing is applied between the hook and the pulley block, with a voltage withstand rating of up to 35 kV or above. At the connection between the hoisting mechanism and the trolley frame, an integral insulating base plate and insulating bearing housings are additionally installed.
2. Insulation resistance standard
Under ambient conditions of typically 20 °C–25 °C and relative humidity ≤ 85 %, the insulation resistance at each insulated point shall be no less than 1 MΩ (megohm).
