Multifunctional electrolytic aluminum cranes are core auxiliary process equipment for large-scale prebaked anode aluminum electrolysis production lines. This dedicated multifunctional crane can adapt to harsh on-site conditions including high-temperature molten salt, heavy electric current, strong magnetic fields and dense dust, and fulfills all full-cycle technological procedures of prebaked anode electrolytic aluminum production.

The complete multifunctional electrolytic aluminum crane integrates five independent working mechanisms: automatic feeding mechanism, slag cleaning mechanism, anode replacement mechanism, electrolyte crust breaking mechanism and molten aluminum tapping mechanism.

As large special process equipment exclusive to prebaked aluminum electrolysis workshops, the crane undertakes all core production operations as below:

1. Crust breaking: Break and remove the solid electrolyte crust covering the electrolytic cell surface

2. Anode changing: Extract worn residual anodes and install brand-new replacement anodes

3. Slag skimming: Clear floating hard blocks and impurities from molten aluminum liquid

4. Material feeding: Automatically add alumina powder and thermal insulation covering materials into electrolytic cells

5. Bus frame lifting: Hoist and adjust the conductive bus frame above electrolytic tanks
