Product Description
           This trolley acts as the central load-handling component of double girder cranes, integrating a full set of upgraded mechanical and electrical technologies. The whole machine adopts modularized assembly, which simplifies daily inspection, part replacement and later performance upgrades, effectively cutting equipment downtime and overall maintenance expenditure.

           Matched with high-efficiency dedicated motors and complete VFD variable frequency drive systems, the trolley supports full-range stepless speed adjustment. Soft start and soft stop functions minimize mechanical shock and vibration, while greatly boosting cargo positioning precision. The matched high-response braking system delivers instant, stable and secure halt under no-load, full-load and emergency working states.

           The complete lifting assembly includes rope drum, steel wire rope, pulley set and safety lifting hook. All core parts are forged from high-tensile raw materials and processed with special anti-fatigue treatment to extend service lifespan. The scientifically grooved drum enables neat and uniform wire rope winding to avoid rope tangling and abnormal abrasion. Every hook is fitted with anti-slip safety latches to eliminate risks of cargo falling during hoisting.
